Testing Blender's Camera Tracker
Finally I could get my hands on the Blender Camera Tracker. Till now, I just took a look from time to time, but never tried to do something seriously, just by curiosity. Now I used it, I can tell that it just ROCKS!
Time ago, I used Syntheyes a lot, but having a tracker integrated into the 3D software is like heaven! You don't need to export / import... you just track and keep working! Nice! :D I'm sure they need to add some features, but it's already usable so far, even for real production :)
Tutorial about this stuff coming soon!! I know some of you are waiting for it :)
Footage used comes from a CC licensed library, which you can find at www.kino3d.org/tracking/ (Tomatoes you can see in the banner are because at the beginning, as some of you know, the tracker branch was called Tomatoe Branch :D)
